TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Romancy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
