Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and unopened  
• In the same condition you received it  
• In its original packaging  
• Accompanied by proof of purchase  

Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used personal care products cannot be returned.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used bath bombs, shower steamers, soaps, oils, or wellness products  
• Gift cards  
• Sale or clearance items  

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
